Dr. Brown is an amazing counselor who understands our unique situation. He is very competent and takes the time to listen. He is very caring and empathic and I don't feel judged and can honestly and freely share my thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I appreciate his analogies and metaphors a lot, as they help me realize things and are memorable, so I remember to apply things in situations after the session is over. He makes you put the work in, doesn't sugarcoat things, and is honest.
